According to Sasebo City, the infection was confirmed to be a close contact with a male in his 20s who was confirmed infected on the 27th and was a colleague of the company.
Sasebo City will hold a press conference from 10:00 am on the 29th to explain the detailed situation.
The number of confirmed infections in Nagasaki Prefecture is 59, excluding the crew of the cruise ship anchored at Nagasaki Port.
