The official Weibo of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Baoding Public Security Bureau issued a notice on the 26th, stating that Li Moumou drank liquor on July 21 and drove a car and had a traffic accident in a car driven by Liu Moumou who was waiting for a red light. Due to the large number of onlookers at the scene of the accident, in order to restore the traffic order as soon as possible, the policemen took both parties to the traffic police team for alcohol testing after collecting evidence at the scene.
After testing, Li Moumou's body alcohol content was 175 mg/100ml, and Liu Moumou's body alcohol content was 0.
The report also stated that after the incident, the police filed a criminal case against Li Moumou on suspicion of dangerous driving and took criminal coercive measures in accordance with the law. The investigation was concluded on July 26 and the case will be transferred for prosecution on July 27.
