The Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government announced on July 24 that there were 123 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Hong Kong, 115 of which were local cases. The number of confirmed cases exceeded 100 for three consecutive days, and the total number of confirmed cases reached 2372. Of the confirmed cases, 62 were related to previous cases, and nearly half of the cases had an unknown source of infection.
