　　Patient Leng, female, 39 years old, currently lives in Dalianwan Street, Ganjingzi District, an employee of a metal company in Dalian Jinpu New District. He said that he had not left Dalian 14 days before the onset of the disease, had no confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia, and had no history of contact with personnel from key areas and foreign personnel. At about 16:00 on July 14th, he developed headache symptoms, followed by fever, muscle aches and other symptoms. After self-administration of the medication, the symptoms were relieved. At 16:20 on July 21, I went to the Fever Clinic of Dalian Hospital of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. The laboratory tested weakly positive for the new coronavirus on the morning of the 22nd, and the Dalian Center for Disease Control and Prevention retested positive. After review by the provincial expert group, it was confirmed as a confirmed case (common type). The condition is stable and has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment. Centralized isolation medical observation is being implemented for the close contacts identified.

　　Go to work at 7 o'clock on July 14. At 18:00, take an air-conditioned coach (Liao B7811Y, North Gate of Free Trade Zone-Zhuanghe Bus Station) to Zhuanghe City. At 19:04, take bus 103 (Baofeng Machinery Factory-Bank of China Station, license plate number Liao B06738D) to her mother-in-law's house (Chengguan Street, Zhuanghe City).

　　From 13:43 to 14:28 on July 15th, take bus 107 (Zhuanghe Port-Bus Station, license plate number Liao BY9891). Take an air-conditioned coach (Liao BJ5178, Zhuanghe-Dalian), and arrive at the Dalian Bay Bridge at about 17:20.

Symptoms such as fatigue appeared on July 16, but self-administered medicine did not improve significantly. At about 7:30 on July 22, I went to the fever clinic of Dalian Liaoyu Hospital. The nucleic acid test was negative, and the nucleic acid test at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University was positive at 17:30. On July 23, Dalian Center for Disease Control and Prevention rechecked positive. After review by the provincial expert group, it was confirmed as a confirmed case (common type). The condition is stable and has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment. 　　On July 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, every day from 10 am to 12 am to be active near home and wear a mask.

　　Go to Dalian Kangsheng Clinic at 19:00 on July 21 and stay for 5 minutes for medicine.
