Wakayama Prefecture announced that four men and women living in the prefecture in their twenties to fifties, a total of four, were newly infected with the new coronavirus.
According to the prefecture, one out of four men in their fifties is severe, and the remaining three have stable symptoms.
The number of people who have been confirmed to be infected in Wakayama Prefecture is now 100.
