"Scarlet", an unreleased track from the Rolling Stones recorded in 1974, was unveiled this Wednesday. Recorded with Jimmy Page, of Led Zeppelin, the song will be on the reissue of a deluxe version of the band's album.

It is a nugget from the 1970s that was unearthed on Wednesday. An unreleased track from the Rolling Stones, recorded in 1974 and forgotten since. On this "Scarlet", which will be included in a reissue of the legendary Goats Head Soup album from 1973, we easily recognize Keith Richards, Mick Jagger and the others ... but also the touch of another great star of these prolific 1970s in rock history.

Indeed, Jimmy Page, leader of the group Led Zeppelin, participated in the recording as a guitarist. The Goats Head Soup album will be   released on September 4 in a so-called deluxe version, which should include two other unreleased tracks.
