Patient Shi, male, 58 years old, lives alone in Gongqi Lane, Xigang District, and is an employee of a seafood processing enterprise (the enterprise is engaged in the processing of imported and domestic aquatic products, cold storage, etc.). He reported that he had not left Dalian 14 days before the onset of the disease, had no confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia, and had contact history with people returning to and from the key areas of concern. Symptoms such as fever and fatigue appeared on July 16, but the self-administered medicine did not improve significantly. At about 17:00 on July 21, I went to the fever clinic of Dalian Central Hospital. The nucleic acid test was positive on the morning of the 22nd, and the Dalian Center for Disease Control and Prevention retested that day. After review by the provincial expert group, it was confirmed as a confirmed case (common type). The condition is stable and has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment. Centralized isolation medical observation is being implemented for the close contacts identified.

Go out at 6:30 every day, take Metro Line 3 from Xianglujiao Light Rail Station to Dalian Bay Station to work, and walk to the unit. Return home from get off work at 17:00. Wear a mask throughout. Did not eat out.

Did not go to work on July 14. Go out at about 12:30, take bus No. 7 from Jinhai Garden Station to Yinghua Street Station, and take a taxi to Haigang Hospital at 13:00, wearing masks throughout.
Work on July 15-17. The time course is the same as on the 13th.
Work on the morning of July 18 (7:30-13:00). After going home for dinner, go to the Maiweiduo chess room for entertainment. At 16:00, I went to Baoquan near my home to take a bath for about 20 minutes and left, and then went to the Maiweiduo chess room for entertainment.
