My name is Xiang Jiuda. I am 51 years old. I am a neurosurgeon and opened a vegetative care center in Miyun (Beijing).
[Explanation] Recently, the story of the neurosurgeon Xiangjiu selling a house to establish a vegetative care center has aroused a lot of discussion. In the ward, he told a reporter from China News Agency that now the vegetative population has begun to receive social attention.
[Explanation] Xiang Jiu Da started to establish a vegetative care center in 2014. He used to be a neurosurgeon in a hospital and has witnessed many vegetatives facing the problem of nowhere to rest.

Where did he go after becoming a vegetable? In the end, I (understood) the result is that he may take him home and go to some less professional places.

It's a little hesitant (feeling), you said it should be kept at home, and it has to be inserted (tube). We can't take care of it ourselves, and it's impossible to keep it like this in the hospital.
[Explanation] In order to solve the dilemma of vegetative care, Xiang Jiuda resigned from the hospital and began to do full-time vegetative care work. He rented a yard in Miyun, Beijing, built a ward, and set up 33 beds. Such a nursing institution is the first in mainland China.

The difficulty when it started was actually money. (Medical) clean boards and floors require money, and the cost will be high, especially for special medical equipment, (price) is also very high. It should be more than 1 million.
[Explanation] Although it was difficult, Xiang Jiuda persisted. He described himself as "wangmei quenching his thirst", a belief that vegetatives should be well taken care of and that the vegetative population will eventually receive social attention has kept him still.

A vegetable is a living person. Since a person is alive, he should have his basic right to survival and health.

Anyway, the doctor who was discharged from the hospital had almost said about his illness, and there is almost no possibility of waking up. He can only say that he takes care of him more carefully, so that he does not get ulcerated, and don't get any problems, and add other diseases. Let him age naturally.

After media propaganda, many people came to (add) WeChat and received nearly 20,000 yuan in a short period of time. About 20,000 yuan was donated by a dozen people, but I rejected more people. I really can’t. He said that my mother is a vegetable, so I want to donate some. When you see this language, you can’t refuse it. In fact, I think there are at least dozens of people who donated money, or even hundreds.
Some practitioners in related institutions have some methods that he thinks are good for vegetatives, such as massage, acupuncture, or he has some unique things that are good for people and want to come to serve. Really rich contribute money and power.

[Explanation] While society has begun to pay more and more attention to the vegetative population, the nursing center of Xiangjiu University has also begun to become saturated.
