Two new cases were cured and discharged, including one from the United States and one from the United Kingdom.

  Case 1 is of Chinese nationality and studying in the United States. He departed from the United States on July 13 and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on July 15 after transiting through Germany. After entering the country, he was quarantined and observed and developed symptoms during the period. Comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory test and imaging examination results, etc., were diagnosed as a confirmed case.

  Case 2 is of Chinese nationality, traveling in the Philippines, and staying due to the epidemic. He departed from the Philippines on July 15 and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on the same day. After entering the country, he was quarantined and observed and developed symptoms during the period. Comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory test and imaging examination results, etc., were diagnosed as a confirmed case.

  Two confirmed imported cases abroad have been transferred to designated medical institutions for treatment, and those who have been in close contact with the flight have been quarantined and observed before.

  From 0-24 on July 20, there were no new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia.

  As of 24:00 on July 20, a total of 393 imported confirmed cases were reported abroad, 373 were cured and discharged, and 20 were treated in hospital. There is 1 suspected case to be investigated.
