Lake Notoro in Abashiri City is the second largest production area of ​​Hokkaishima shrimp next to Notsuke Bay in the eastern part of Hokkaido.

When the fishing boat returned to the port, the shrimp, which were about 10 cm long in the basket, were landed one after another.

On this day, more than 620 kilograms were landed, which is about 200 kilograms less than that of Otoshito.

The shrimp shrimp that were brought to the processing plant were boiled in a kettle, then sorted by size and shipped.
