At the beginning of May this year, Xinzhou police found at work that a drug-related person from the city of Shenchi was suspected of buying drugs from Yunnan and selling them. The police immediately carried out a comprehensive investigation around the drug-related personnel.
After nearly two months of investigation, prosecution, and judgment, on the afternoon of June 20, the police divided the roads and arrested the persons involved. They arrested the suspects Fu Moulin and Xiong Moushun, and seized the drug heroin 4.199 kg.
