China News Service, Beijing, July 16 (Reporter Du Yan) The Beijing Education Examinations Institute said today that the 2020 college entrance examination will be successfully completed from July 7 to 10. Nearly 50,000 candidates in Beijing took the test in 17 test areas, 114 test sites, and 2,517 test sites.
The assessment work has started from July 9 and is expected to end on the 24th. During the period, the city organized 1,290 teachers to review nearly 350,000 responses at six assessment sites including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, Capital Normal University, Beijing Second Foreign Language College, and Beijing University of Technology.
The college entrance examination results will be released at 12:00 on July 25. At the same time, the minimum control score for admission of undergraduate batches (types) of college admissions and the statistics of college entrance examination scores will also be released to the public on the same day. From 8:00 on July 27 to 2:00 on the 31st, the candidates for the unified examination will fill in the undergraduate volunteers, and the candidates for the single examination will fill in the single recruitment.
According to the comprehensive reform arrangements for the college entrance examination, starting this year, the Beijing college entrance examination mathematics test papers will not be divided into liberal arts and sciences. (Finish)
