[Explanation] The leaching here takes place at the No. 22 pile of Huangda Dyke +650 meters. The reporter rushed to the scene at 7 pm that day and saw vehicles lined with mud, sand and stones line up on the Yangtze River embankment. Some rescue workers were busy filling sandbags, and some were busy moving. A thick layer of earth and sand has been laid on the immersion area, covered with plastic cloth, and rescue workers are building a dam around the barrier.

On July 12th, with the last barrier flooding the Binjiangwei Ping embankment, the Huangmei Yangtze River Main Embankment Xiaochi section ushered in the first flood test in 66 years. At present, the Yangtze River maintains high water level operation, and the pressure of flood control in Xiaochi is huge. It will further strengthen the density of patrol inspections to ensure the timely detection of dangerous situations and timely disposal.
