An unidentified newspaper delivery worker found on the Mannose River in Kagoshima due to heavy rain 16:06 on July 14
A man of a newspaper delivery man in Minamisatsuma City, Kagoshima Prefecture, who has been missing since heavy rain this month, was searched for in the Mannose River, and a body believed to be this man was found on the morning of the 14th. The police are currently confirming their identities.
Missing is Hisao Jinno (63) from Shirakawa, Kinamine-cho, Minamisatsuma City.
I went to the newspaper delivery around 3:00 am on the 6th of this month when it was heavy rain, and then I lost my whereabouts.
Police seemed to have washed away in the Hasegawa river near their homes, and they were searching mainly in the lower reaches.
A search was also conducted in the Mannose River basin connected to the Hasegawa on the 14th, but a policeman found a body of a man in the riverbed of the Mannose River around 10:40 am, according to police.
The police are looking at the body as Mr. Jinno to confirm the identity.
