Some people feel unwell after eating fruits, such as a rash, so what does this indicate?

To answer this question, the Federal Center for Nutrition said that the rash after eating fruits indicates an allergy to fructose, also known as fructose, due to a lack of the enzyme responsible for breaking it down.

Other symptoms of fructose allergy are itching and swelling of the face, increased eye tear secretions and breathing problems, along with some common symptoms such as bloating, constipation or diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting.

And when noticing these symptoms, you should consult a doctor urgently to undergo treatment in a timely manner, which is to amend the diet, that is, stay away from some types of fruits such as mangoes, grapes, cherries, apples, pears, pineapples, kiwi, dried fruits and fruit juices.

In some cases, additional treatment may be required.
