Al-Barari said in statements to the program "behind the news" on (7/7/2020) that the rule of "searching for the beneficiary" is in most cases effective to find out who actually committed what, noting that in the case of targeting the Iranian nuclear facility Natanz, Israel and the United States They are beneficiaries, because they announced a device and a day that they would not allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon.

As for why Tehran did not reveal that Israel is behind the targeting of the nuclear facility, Al-Barari saw that Tehran is seeking to buy time, and that it is waiting for the results of the American presidential elections, and it is all hope that the current President Donald Trump will go and another president will come democratically, who will be loyal to the nuclear agreement that she signed Iran with Democratic President Barack Obama in 2015.

Al-Barari indicated that Iran has not responded to more than 250 Israeli raids targeting its forces in Syria, and this is evidence that Tehran does not want to enter into a confrontation with Israel or the United States, and if it announced that Israel was behind the attack, it would be a demand in front of Iranian public opinion to respond, as well In front of world public opinion, to save her face at the very least.

Although Iranian researcher Muhammad Salih Sidqian, who specializes in regional affairs, stressed his conviction that Israel was behind the targeting of the Natanz facility, he pointed out that Iran’s policy in dealing with foreign issues, which is characterized by patience and care and not rushing, and that it usually takes its time to respond in an appropriate manner.

Nevertheless, Sidqian clarified that Tehran is still conducting extensive investigations to determine who was behind the attack, and he also reduced the American expectations published by the New York Times that this attack would lead to the return of "Natanz" two years back, noting that Iranian nuclear installations have been subjected to many attacks. American and Israeli, but every time she was recovering and continuing her work "because it is a local Iranian project and not imported."

On the other hand, the advisor in the Republican Party Bradley Bilman stressed that he has not yet established the identity of the entity that targeted the Natanz facility, nor did he hide his suspicions that Tehran was the one who carried out this act on its own for the purposes of serving the regime.

He warned Tehran against taking any hostile action against the United States or its ally Israel, stressing that it would have implicated itself because Washington and Tel Aviv would not stand idly by before any "hostile" act against them.

Blackman stressed that the United States does not want a war with Iran, and that it hopes that economic sanctions will achieve the desired goals, and that Tehran will stop its nuclear activities, because they will never be allowed to have it.
