Recently, a fire broke out in a home of a residential building in Jiulongpo, Chongqing. Because the fire was too big, mother Zhou Mou took her 10-year-old son to climb down from the bedroom window, escaped skillfully, and both were rescued.
After the fire broke out, the Xietaizi Fire Rescue Station in Jiulongpo District called the police. The firefighters found that both the mother and the child were trapped in the external air-conditioning unit on the outer wall of the 19th floor. Enter the bedroom and locate the trapped person accurately.
Considering that the trapped personnel may be overstretched physically, after the firefighters tied the safety ropes to the trapped mother and child, the firefighters sat on the outermost part of the external unit of the air conditioner, protected the trapped mother and child with their bodies, and successfully rescued the two people one by one.
Zhou told reporters that the fire was too big to escape from the door, so he pulled his son back to the bedroom, opened the window, and took his son to the floor below. At first, I climbed to the mezzanine of the 20th and 19th floors. Because of the high fire above, the mother and son turned down one more layer and lay on the mezzanine of the 19th and 18th floors to wait for rescue.
