  Immediately after the incident, Anshun City organized 41 ambulances and more than 650 medical personnel to treat the injured. The three hospitals set up treatment teams to organize capable medical personnel to participate in the treatment.   At 12:00 on July 7th, a No. 2 bus with the license plate number G02086D in Anshun City drove from Anshun Railway Station to the East Bus Station. After passing through the middle section of Hongshan Lake Dam, it broke through the stone fence and fell into the lake. After full search and rescue, as of 22:00 on July 7, a total of 37 people were searched and rescued, including 16 injured, 20 without vital signs, and 1 died after being sent to the hospital for rescue.
