According to the official Weibo news of the Chaoyang Branch of the Beijing Public Security Bureau, at 7 o'clock on July 7th, the offender Li Mouqing (male, 55 years old) gathered others at a company in Jingan Center, Chaoyang District. In the office premises, the company's normal work order was disrupted by methods such as strong unlocking and restricting others' personal freedom. At present, the Chaoyang Public Security Branch has detained four criminals including Li Mouqing in administrative detention.
