“According to weather forecasts of Roshydromet, short-term rain, thunderstorm and hail are expected in some places in the city of Moscow by 22 June on July 7, with gusts of wind 15-20 meters per second,” the Emergencies Ministry said.

Rescuers recommended, if possible, to abandon trips by personal transport, bypass shaky structures and not hide under the trees.

Earlier media reported that in the suburbs, the wind tumbled down about 60 trees and one billboard, and also damaged two cars.
