The security services arrested the Egyptian actor Abeer Baybars, after she killed her husband, after a sharp quarrel broke out between them in their private residence in Al-Basatin area north of Cairo.
The details of the crime return, when the Cairo police received a notification of a deceased in one of the houses, and the security services immediately moved to the scene, so that the police discovered that the victim's wife, a famous actress named Abeer Baybars, killed her husband with a piece of glass during a quarrel between them in their apartment due to marital disputes.
In the face of the artist, she confessed to committing the crime, confirming that her husband was constantly assaulting her without reason, confirming that she had lost her temper on the day of the accident and stabbed him with a powerful stab, due to his insulting her with verbal expressions of modesty, as well as slapping her, causing her to lose her temper and killing him.
The Public Prosecution decided to detain the young actress Abeer Baybars, pending investigations into the charge of killing her husband by stabbing a broken bottle in his chest, so he died inside the marital home in the gardens during a quarrel between them.
The sources added that the opposition judge renewed the detention of the accused for 15 days, pending investigations into the charge of premeditated murder.
The Egyptian actor Abeer Baybars said in front of the prosecution: "He was beating me while he lived every day for anything, and after he died he caused me to go to prison from God, so he stayed."
Baybars added that she carried out the crime by inserting a bottle in her husband's chest, to be killed, after he slapped her on the face, and that she did not possess herself, lost her temper and grabbed a bottle, after she broke her neck and then inserted it into his body, so he fell to the ground unconscious, and died in the hospital.
