Benefits for Corona "Distribution to All Targets" Requested by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare 17:52, July 7

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare distributes the allowances to all the persons concerned because of the policy that Hyogo Prefecture does not include some of the allowances, which is different from the national policy, regarding the allowances to be paid to medical and nursing care personnel. I'm going to ask the prefecture.

In the second supplementary budget established last month, the government decided to provide a bonus to those who work in the field of medical care and nursing care that corresponded to the new coronavirus, and
▽ Medical institutions that accepted infected patients and We will pay 200,000 yen per person at nursing care facilities where patients occur, and 50,000 yen per person at facilities where
there were no patients.

Regarding the payment of 50,000 yen per person, Governor Ido of Hyogo Prefecture said at a press conference on the 6th that the government's implementation guidelines were not clear and said, "Why do you give a reward even if you are not doing anything?" I said, and showed the policy not to be included in the subject of payment.

Regarding this, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare said, “While working on infection prevention, it is the purpose of the business to contact patients who may become seriously ill and elderly people who support regional medical care and nursing care,” We will continue to convey the purpose to Hyogo Prefecture so that it can be distributed to the target people.”

The whole amount of this project will be covered by national expenses, but since the implementing agency will be the prefecture, it will be left to the discretion of the prefecture.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, we will receive applications for budget issuance from prefectures within this month, but at the moment no prefecture has shown a policy like Hyogo Prefecture.
