But what we actually see is completely contrary to this definition, we have in Dubai market a real estate expert who markets projects and represents the seller in contrast to what was mentioned in the above definition, which stresses the quality of neutrality as a condition of the profession of real estate experience. Recently, the marketer and broker became a general expert in all real estate affairs, selling, renting and disputes. And the beautiful thing is that some of those who wore the real estate experience and took it as a name for them in all their media outlooks, you see them passing tips and analyzes about the market without the honesty under the umbrella of real estate experience, and they forget that credibility is a permanent quality that the expert should have in every time, place and in front of any A person was, because the honesty of experts and experts is a reflection of the image of the market and one of the criteria for evaluating its performance and their credibility is evidence of proving and enhancing the credibility of the market and the real estate sector in general.

Unfortunately, there are some who do not meet the specifications and conditions of real estate experience, you see them criticize each other’s advice and consider that everything issued by these people is a disgrace and a far from the truth. This category of those who apply the proverb «forbid creation and come up with a similar». And for all of these we tell them that if you are looking for credibility, apply it to yourselves first, and for everyone who wants to wear the robes of real estate experience, you have to believe with yourself first to believe with others and to believe with you. You also have to stay away from stylized phrases in which you favor one another from your personal interests. Be as a just judge in your judgment and express your opinion, neutral in your advice and declarations, and if the situation requires you to support a cuff, then he should be declared with complete integrity and transparency.
