In France, the coronavirus pandemic has killed 29,920 people in France, including 19,423 people in hospitals, according to figures released Monday by the Directorate General of Health. The figures relating to social and medico-social establishments will be updated on Tuesday, July 7.

In Guyana, the circulation of the virus remains a concern. Health authorities are mobilized to slow the spread of the epidemic, identify clusters and break the chains of contamination. In the rest of the national territory, the epidemiological situation is stable and the health authorities remain attentive to the appearance of potential clusters, due in particular to family or festive gatherings during this summer period.
