In a context of strong tensions between France and Turkey, the head of European diplomacy Josep Borell will travel this Monday, July 6 to Ankara for talks devoted "to all aspects of the relationship with Turkey". After a naval incident that opposed the two countries in early June, Paris decided this week to withdraw from NATO missions in the Mediterranean. Franco-Turkish relations have never been so deleterious.
