A study conducted by the English "Rizen" Foundation revealed that the British employee needs to receive an annual salary of 42 thousand dollars in order to feel happy.

This amount is the average income of a British employee, who lives in cities that are happier in the country than others, while the annual salary in other cities drops to put its population on the list of the most unhappy in the United Kingdom.

The study revealed that the happiness index is the highest in the British city of Winchester, and the average annual income per capita is 44 thousand dollars.

Looking at the Global Happiness Index, happiness is clearly increasing in countries with higher incomes, which means that happiness is relatively related to money, according to Yahoo.

Countries like Singapore and Luxembourg are among the highest in the happiness index, and they also record the highest income for their populations among the world's population.
