At 10:22 am that day, fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene and found that the road in the building belonging to the Xiaopeng Xiaohuang, Huangzhou District, Huanggang City was flooded, and the deepest water level was nearly 1 meter. According to the situation on the scene, fire rescuers used charge boats to go door-to-door to search for trapped people. In some narrow places where boats cannot enter, fire rescue workers waded through the water to guide the trapped people to move to a safe area. After an hour and a half of rescue, more than 30 trapped people were all transferred to a safe area.
