"We are not out of the health crisis", alerts Emmanuel Macron

Emmanuel Macron gave an interview to several regional press dailies on Thursday evening. The Parliament approves the exit from the state of health emergency, except in Guyana and Mayotte

The Parliament approved Thursday evening, by a final vote of the National Assembly, the exit from the state of health emergency next July 11. Air France presents its savings plan

Air France is preparing to adopt a draconian regime. The company, which announced a vast savings plan on Tuesday, is to present details to unions on Friday at an extraordinary central social and economic committee (CSEC). This plan provides for 7,500 job cuts, mainly voluntary departures.

The regional company and subsidiary Hop! will be particularly impacted, with more than 1,000 job cuts.

Over 517,000 dead worldwide, dramatic situation on the American continent

The Covid-19 has already killed at least 517,416 people on the planet, according to an AFP count Thursday. The United States totals 128,062. Next came Brazil (60,632 dead), the United Kingdom (43,906), Italy (34,788) and France (29,875). The current epicenter of the epidemic, the American continent has 2.7 million infected people out of 10.7 million worldwide. Peru passed the 10,000 dead mark on Thursday. 

In the United States, where the spread of the epidemic continues to accelerate, approaching a sensitive weekend.
