Has the hour of appeasement finally struck? Laeticia Hallyday, widow of Johnny, announced on Friday that she had found a “final agreement” with Laura Smet, the singer's daughter, with whom she was engaged in a long-term legal battle around the legacy of the star who died in late 2017 .

“Laeticia has expressed the wish to reach an agreement with her husband's elders. The peace demanded by mourning is at stake, as well as the serenity which must inhabit each family.
