Jay-Z and his team at Team Roc have published an open letter requesting the dismissal and charge of a police officer who has killed as many as three people in the past five years. Three men of color, Alvin Cole, Antonion Gonzales and Jay Anderson. Despite these three deaths, suspicious according to the rapper, officer Joseph Mensah continues to work for the Milwaukee police.
