Sexual assault is sometimes justified by the clothes the victims wore when they were raped. A systematic guilt of the victims on the pretext that they were dressed provocatively.

Long before the Harvey Weinstein, #MeToo and #BalanceTonPorc affair, initiatives were already in place to report sexual assault. One of these initiatives is the exhibition titled “T'oulez dressed how? A concept which was born in the United States but which has been recreated in different countries, including Senegal.
