“Two earthquakes with a difference of a minute occurred on Friday night in Sakhalin,” the text says.
It is noted that the magnitude of one of them was 3.7, and the other - 4.1.
It is also reported that tremors were felt by residents of the villages of Tikhaya and Pugachevo.
Previously, seismologists recorded an earthquake of magnitude 5.3 near the South Kuril Islands.
