By residence, 80% of municipalities are located in the northwestern prefectures near Tokyo, such as Ichikawa City and Funabashi City.
In addition, about 60% of the 39 people who were able to confirm their actions had traffic to and from Tokyo before the infection was discovered.
Chiba Prefecture says, "I would like to think about an effective method of alerting young people and those who come and go to Tokyo."
