Resume JR Joban Line operation 1st July 20:39
The JR Joban Line was suspended due to an accident resulting in a personal injury in Tokyo, and was suspended on the upper and lower lines between Shinagawa in Tokyo and Tsuchiura in Ibaraki Prefecture, but resumed operation at 8:30 pm.
