There are 3 automatic vending (collecting) tickets at the whole station, 640 seats are installed in the waiting room, and there are special zones for military personnel, key passengers, mothers and infants, which can accommodate nearly 400 passengers at the same time.
It is worth mentioning that the railway Anting West Station will become the first batch of stations in the country that implement the "eight-in-one" passenger boarding and landing mode for inspection, service sales, entry and exit, and emergency monitoring: the inspection and inspection will be integrated into one, and the real name system of the entrance will be checked. Passengers use the self-service gate face recognition function to verify the real-name system, and at the same time swipe the card into the station; the service is integrated, and the window ticketing function of the original ticket office is adjusted to the 12306 desk, which is convenient for passengers to enter the station directly after purchasing the ticket The 12306 service desk next to the ticket gate at the entrance and exit station also satisfies the needs of passengers for daily inquiries, help, and key passenger services; the entry and exit gates are integrated on the same plane. After the passengers' security check, they enter the station through the ticket gates for boarding. After getting off the bus, passengers enter the waiting room and exit through the ticket gate. After the emergency monitoring is integrated, Anting West will not have a travel service platform sub-control room, and the travel service system is adjusted to the 12306 service desk, which meets the daily needs. Operation and disposal in emergency situations such as gate adjustment and abnormal operation order. At the same time, a video monitoring system is installed at the service desk, which can real-time monitor the operation status and passenger dynamics of each post in the station area.
