[Commentary] On June 30, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed the Law on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Xu Yingwei, Director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, said in the event that he hopes that Hong Kong will soon restore social and political stability after the legislation, allowing "one country, two systems" "The foundation is more stable.
