Beijing News (Reporter Zhu Bisheng) An 8-year-old boy from Chengdu, Zhang Mouchen, was taken to the basement and beaten when he was taken home by an elevator. Zhang Mouhao, a 17-year-old junior student in the same community, was arrested by the police on suspicion of intentional murder. On June 28, Zhang Mouchen's father questioned that property security work was not done. The property owner responded that the number of community monitoring reached more than 200, it is impossible to monitor at any time.

The 17-year-old boy was detained on suspicion of intentional homicide.

The Beijing News previously reported that Zhang Mouchen's grandmother said that the monitoring showed that at 21 o'clock on June 25, Zhang Mouchen first entered the elevator, and then Zhang Mouhao followed the elevator. After reaching the 16th floor, Zhang Mouhao took Zhang Mouchen Pulled out of the elevator. A few minutes later, Zhang Mouhao took Zhang Mouchen into the elevator and went to the underground parking lot. In the meantime, Zhang Mouchen struggled to resist, Zhang Mouhao stuck Zhang Mouchen's neck with his toy gun strap and arm, and then dragged out of the elevator.

Zhang Mouchen's grandfather found Zhang Mouchen, whose face was covered with blood and had been missing for 2 hours, in a small black room in the parking lot. "The beater begged me for mercy and told me to let him go. I told him that it was impossible." Grandpa Zhang said.

On June 27, a detention notice issued by the Chengdu City Public Security Bureau Chenghua Branch Office showed that Zhang Mouhao, who was suspected of intentional homicide, had been detained on June 26.

On June 28, the recording of Zhang Mouchen’s father and the property manager negotiating the matter showed that Zhang Mouchen’s father claimed that the property had an inescapable responsibility because the incident occurred because of the property’s default. The monitoring center found no abnormal conditions in the elevator, and the security personnel of the parking lot were negligent in their work. In this regard, the property manager said that the parking lot was staffed, but there were many people in the community, and there were always blind spots that could not be monitored. There are more than 200 monitoring screens in the entire cell. The monitoring is switched back and forth and cannot be seen all the time. Since something has to be taken on accountability, they will not shirk responsibility.

At present, the injured boy, Zhang Mouchen, is still being treated in the hospital and there is no danger to his life. The case is still under investigation.
