The group forced to flexibility

After a first postponement, the film, version in real shots of the famous cartoon, should have been released in theaters on July 24. "We will be flexible, as the situation requires," said Disney. “Director Niki Caro, our actors and the team have created a magnificent, epic and moving film that is everything the cinematic experience should be. And we think its place is on the world stage and on the big screen so that audiences around the world can take advantage of it, "said group co-chairs Alan Bergman and Alan Horn.

The Marvel also concerned

In early April, Disney had already decided to postpone the release of a dozen Marvel films and other major productions including Black Widow , with Scarlett Johansson in the title role. The release is now scheduled for November which automatically shifts the other films in the series to come.

The move comes after Warner Bros. postponed until mid-August the release of yet another great summer film, Tenet by Christopher Nolan - an agency thriller trying to prevent WWII. Warner Bros. also expressed the need to be “flexible” when announcing its decision.
