She added in statements to a session (26/6/2020) from the "Today's Meeting" program that the information obtained by the court represents evidence of crimes against humanity and war crimes, and called on the Libyan authorities to protect the sites of mass graves that were found until all necessary measures were taken to complete the investigations .

She added that working with the United Nations and the Libyan government to follow up on the situation in Libya continues, and confirmed that she submitted a detailed report to the Security Council last May on the situation in Libya, and that she is currently working to expand investigations to include mass graves, and any developments that may appear.

She expressed regret that retired Major General Khalifa Haftar did not carry out any investigation regarding Mahmoud Al-Worfalli required by the International Criminal Court, or to seek his extradition, and that his promotion is evidence of the involvement of the leadership that Al-Werfalli works under her command. ".

Regarding the situation in Palestine and the plan to annex Israel to areas in the West Bank and the Jordan Valley, Bensouda confirmed that all reports on the case have been submitted, and they are now before the judges in court to work on them, and we have not stopped collecting information on the matter, and we will work to add any information we have to the case.

She added that the court hopes for the cooperation of Israel and America in handing over the accused soldiers, and in the absence of such cooperation, the court will not stop its procedures regarding the case, knowing that it is not the first time that Israel has refused to cooperate with the court.

Bensouda expressed regret over the US decision to prevent some members of the court from entering its territories, and demanded the lifting of the ban and work alongside the court to implement justice, stressing at the same time that the court will not stop continuing its work.
