Hotan Fire Rescue Detachment, Aksu Fire Rescue Detachment and Kashi Fire Rescue Detachment have made emergency preparations.

  At 5:5 on June 26, a magnitude 6.4 earthquake occurred in Yutian County (35.73 degrees north latitude, 82.33 degrees east longitude) in Hotan, Xinjiang, with a focal depth of 8 kilometers. The population within 50 km of the epicenter is extremely sparse, with a population of approximately 720 within 100 km. There are no villages within 20 kilometers of the earthquake and no townships within 100 kilometers. There is no obvious earthquake sensation in Yutian County.

  After the earthquake, the Xinjiang Fire Rescue Corps immediately launched the earthquake emergency rescue plan, and 10 people from 2 vehicles of the forward team dispatched to the Chaoyang Road Fire Rescue Station in Tian County were rushing to the epicenter, and other earthquake rescue forces of the Hotan Fire Rescue Detachment immediately assembled and stood by.
