According to the "Opinions", the registration scope of the Domestic Violence Register is: Persons who have been sentenced to punishment for committing domestic violence since 2017 are updated in real time; from 2017 to date, they have been ruled by the People's Court for personal violence protection orders for committing domestic violence The number of personnel will be updated in real time; those who have been punished by public security organs for administrative detention for violent domestic violence since 2017 have been updated in real time.

The search result is only used as a reference for the authenticity of the marriage partner's domestic violence, and may not be used for illegal purposes and improper purposes use. If the illegal use of the register information causes harm to others, it shall bear the corresponding legal consequences.
In addition, it is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to use the information in the register to obtain illegal benefits, and may not copy, copy or disseminate the information in the register; the information provided in the register is for reference only by the inquirer.
