A TER promoting youth - ROMAIN DOUCELIN / SIPA

We know the adage, travel forms youth (and we don't say that because we come back from Cassis, very beautiful place anyway). SNCF will offer a young TER of France Pass, reports BFM.

Concretely, for 29 euros per month, in July and August, young people from 12 to 25 years old will be able to circulate unlimited on the whole TER network of the country (excluding TGV, Intercités and Transilien in Ile-de-France). This pass will also be offered to TGV MAX subscribers.

Interactive map

A proportional offer at unbeatable prices which can be explained by the bad railway figures of this summer, even on main lines. As for the choice of the age group, this owes nothing to chance. French adolescence apparently happens between high school, Fortnite and TER, since the 12-25 represent 40% of travelers on these trains, according to BFM.

And since youth is eternal but sometimes needs to be guided, the railway company has put online an interactive map of our beautiful country (yes, we were really charmed by Cassis), with lots of tourist sites and places referenced ( including Cassis) and of course accessible by TER.
