The Netherlands, a world floriculture hub, suffered the full brunt of the economic shock created by the coronavirus pandemic. Planes nailed to the ground, global demand at half mast, the profession had to appeal to the government to avoid collapse. The State has deployed a massive aid plan for one of the first agricultural sectors in the country. But what producers and distributors expect above all is a resumption of trade.
