  On the morning of the 22nd, the Chongqing Municipal Hydrological Monitoring Station upgraded the orange flood warning of the Wucha Station in Qijiang, Jiangjin District to the red warning for the entire flood of the Chongqing section of the Qijiang River Basin. This is the first red warning issued since the station was built. At 20 o'clock on the 22nd, the peak water level of 205.85 meters appeared at the Wucha Station of Jiangjin Qijiang, exceeding the guaranteed water level by 5.34 meters and exceeding the 1998 flood water level by 0.30 meters, which had reached the highest level since the station was built.
