And Ahmed Al-Shami called her, saying: "The death of director Najla Mahmoud Yassin in the second channel in Maspero due to infection with the Corona virus, O God, forgive her, have mercy on her, and make her place a paradise."

"Our Lord, have mercy on her, and forgive her dear colleague, director Najla Mahmoud Yassin," added editor Islam Hafez, on Channel Two in Maspiro.

Atef Ramadan, a former general manager for the Radio and Television Union, wrote, "The death of the director of Channel Two, Naglaa Mahmoud Yassin, due to her infection with the Corona virus."
