Yu Moumou reported to the police that he was sexually assaulted. In an interview with the media, he said he suspected that he had been drugged by Chai. Earlier this year, Chai filed a lawsuit for infringement of honorary rights to the court.
The Shenzhen Nanshan District Court held that Yu XX's description of "sexual assault" is inconsistent and logical. In addition, on the day of XX's self-report, his unconscious claim in the elevator was not recognized by the court.
