Beijing News (Reporter Sun Zhao) On the case of "Southern Airline" incident party Chai Mou sued Yu Moumou for infringing his reputation, on the 16th, the Shenzhen Nanshan District Court notified that the court found Yu Moumou's remarks on social media in the first instance. Infringement. Regarding this result, Chai said, "I have finally been innocent. I have changed my life in the city and am ready to start again."

The Beijing News previously reported that in October 2019, someone posted a video saying that China Southern Airlines pilot Yu Moumou was harassed in the elevator by Shao Shaohai. Yu Moumou reported to the police that he was sexually assaulted. In an interview with the media, he said he suspected that he had been drugged by Chai. Earlier this year, Chai filed a lawsuit for infringement of honorary rights to the court.

The Shenzhen Nanshan District Court held that Yu XX's description of "sexual assault" is inconsistent and logical. In addition, on the day of XX's self-report, his unconscious claim in the elevator was not recognized by the court.

The verdict shows that the court found that Yu Mou’s remarks on social media and TV programs constituted an infringement of Chai’s reputation, and should bear the tort liability for stopping infringement, apologizing, eliminating influence, restoring reputation, and compensating damages according to law.

After the sentencing, Chai told the Beijing News reporter that he hoped his life would be back on track, "I am innocent. I have changed my life in the city and am ready to start again."
