In order to allow more employees to return to their workplaces, a new health protocol for companies should be implemented in the coming days, taking the place of the 80 job descriptions established during deconfinement.

INFO EUROPE 1

After schools, companies can in turn lighten the health protocol in place to limit the spread of Covid-19. Already since the start of the week, the certificate of movement during peak hours is no longer compulsory in public transport. And according to information from Europe 1, the end of 4m2 per employee is only a matter of days.

The new rule that is emerging is that of the distance meter between each employee. However, it still needs to be validated by the health authorities. There will now be only one protocol which will replace the 80 guides and job descriptions established in full confinement by the Ministry of Labor. These very strict protocols would slow business productivity on average by 20%. Some bosses also admit that everything is no longer really respected to the letter.

Simplify everyday business life

For the most rigorous, this relaxation will allow more employees to return to the company or regain a certain normalcy. "It will allow us to put back into service meeting rooms which we had limited access, or to relax the strict directions of traffic that we had imposed in the corridors", reports to Europe 1 Alain Dulac, who directs the Factem company specializing in electroacoustics in Normandy. "We also had a strict cleaning of the tools twice a day, we will lighten this measure, and provide water fountains and coffee machines."
