Earlier, Roskomnadzor, in agreement with the Prosecutor General’s Office, removed the requirements to restrict access to Telegram.
At the same time, it was reported that the decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow on blocking is still valid.
The messenger has been blocked in Russia since April 2018.
