Education is a vision and a philosophy, not just management, and educational officials in our educational institutions play the responsibility of making these future visions, and field coexistence is an important part of the official’s thought, and today as we live the experience of distance learning, and we are preparing to restructure the education system, we must be closer to the digital educational field, Through the “Teacher Director” model, that we stand as officials at the teacher’s site, and experience the distance-learning experience, making us more in touch with this educational role in its new form, and better able to become familiar with the dimensions of this digital transformation, and most importantly of this and that of being closer to our student children, to measure The extent of their understanding of this type of learning.

"The Teacher Director" .. a model required to support educational decision-making, and I present it from a personal experience, as I used to give some lectures to my students in addition to my administrative responsibilities, because of my passion for teaching, and my desire to contribute to the education of today's youth, and with the application of distance learning, I became curious to know how it would be to communicate and interact with students remotely, at first it was a little strange, that you find yourself in a virtual class speaking in front of a screen, and you do not see many facial expressions or direct interaction from your students that shows the extent of their understanding of the content, but in practice Everyday and development begins to acclimate to the idea of ​​digital education, and becomes more possessive of the reins, and the ability to manage the virtual classroom, through various techniques that enable you to measure interaction and assimilation, and even test it.

The question is here. What is the reflection of the "teacher director" experience? .. In fact, there are many positives, including: (1) enhancing the position of the teacher .. When the top of the pyramid in the educational institution stands the teacher's position, and he plays this pivotal role in front of students and society. (2) Supporting the formulation of future visions and decision-making in the educational institution from a realistic experience. (3) Support the preparation of professional development programs for teachers, based on a realistic assessment, which enhances their digital readiness. (4) Realizing the reality of the challenges facing teachers in distance education, and devising appropriate solutions to them.

The teacher will remain the cornerstone of the educational process, regardless of the type of education: stereotyped or digital, but its role must evolve with the development of the education system, so the distance learning stage has put the teachers in front of new challenges, at a time when this stage has shortened many of the stages required for the transformation of teachers digitally It also revealed their abilities, some of them distinguished digitally, and some of them were keen to develop to cope with the change, but those who remained in their place due to their inability or to reject the change, will not have a place in the field in the next stage.

We have succeeded at the educational level in overcoming the crisis of «Covid-19», and continuing the study without interruption, in light of the digital readiness, and by the efforts of our loyal teachers who represented in their professionalism one of our national defense lines, and today, in light of the transformations taking place in the education system, we as officials must test ourselves the roles The new educational fund for future change, and we are more confident in our plans and decisions from a field experience.
