In large companies, there are divisions and departments specializing in legal affairs, administrative and financial affairs, and personnel affairs, which include specialized employees who know exactly how to deal with workers, how to deal with those who work and produce, and those who do not work and lazy from them, deal with them by law, and they do not mind paying All their dues, the costs of terminating their contracts, and any other costs, to replace the lazy worker with a more productive one. As for the owners of small projects, the presence of a lazy worker, unproductive, and motivating his fellow workers, certainly means the failure of the project, and the employer may lose his café or restaurant, because he will not He can bear these costs, especially since the current procedures are mostly biased towards the party of the worker even if he is wrong!

Certainly we are with giving everyone their rights, and no one here in the Emirates accepts that any person, regardless of his job or work, be harmed unjustly or arbitrarily, but we also do not support that young man or young woman, ordinary citizens, who make a double effort to stand on their legs in A difficult sector, tired and full of challenges, they must be fair and assisted ... of course, right and just.

Mostly the group of young men and women, who enter into small projects, are inexperienced in dealing with many types of workers, and they certainly do not have departments for legal affairs, nor for personnel affairs, and they most often never prefer problems, nor engage in labor or other cases. Therefore, they are the most keen people to apply the laws, and when there is a desire for any worker they have to stop work, or leave work, and for any reason, even if it is to join a better opportunity and a higher salary in a competing project, the business owner, even though he (the actual victim) in This case, to pay large sums of money to him, and a travel ticket sometimes, even though the worker is the one who harmed him and his project, and may cause the project to financial losses in return for stopping him, or leaving him to work!

Therefore, there should not be a unified law, or a single procedure, so there must be committees to study cases, or committees for small and medium enterprises, looking for reasons, listening to everyone, and not grieving anyone, we are never with the injustice of the worker, or diminishing his rights a single penny, We are never with arbitrary dismissal, or termination of service without reasons, but we are also not with harm to young citizens, preferring to enter the private sector as entrepreneurs in small projects, you can never tolerate harm, and a balanced equation must be found, to preserve the rights of all, and to equit everyone!
